Ginori
Founded in 1735 outside of Florence, Ginori is celebrated worldwide as a leader in the art of Italian ceramics. Renowned for their elegant, fine porcelain and intricate designs, Ginori embodies the spirit of Italian craftsmanship and artistic heritage.
Ginori began in Doccia, a town just outside of Florence, where the master craftsman Francesco Ginori established a porcelain factory. The brand quickly gained acclaim for its exquisite hand-painted pieces and the superb quality of its porcelain. Over the centuries, Ginori has maintained its reputation as a leader in luxury ceramics, producing everything from tableware to crystal to decorative keepsakes.
Chefs Rita and Jody have long appreciated Ginori’s traditional Italian craftsmanship and exceptional quality. Over the years, select Ginori plates and serving platters have been used for special occasions at Via Carota and I Sodi. Soon, we will begin serving our full menu on these elegant dishes, customized for Via Carota. We are honored to partner with such inspiring artisans and incorporate their rich heritage into our own commitment to craft and excellence.
